By using Florida Haiti Express (FHX) services, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

FHX provides package receiving, storage, consolidation, air freight, ocean freight, tracking, pickup, local delivery, and related shipping services between Florida and Haiti.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, contact information, delivery details, shipment instructions, package descriptions, and declared values.

Customers must not ship illegal, prohibited, hazardous, restricted, or improperly declared items. FHX may refuse, hold, return, or report items when required by law, carrier rules, customs requirements, or safety procedures.

Shipping rates may depend on weight, dimensions, shipment method, destination, accessories, handling requirements, and other applicable services.

Transit and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs, weather, carrier schedules, port or airport conditions, government action, inspections, or circumstances outside FHX’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for applicable shipping charges, storage fees, delivery charges, customs-related costs, taxes, duties, and other authorized charges.

FHX may consolidate packages when authorized while maintaining package identification and tracking information through the shipping process.

Claims regarding loss, damage, missing contents, billing, or service issues should be reported to FHX as soon as reasonably possible with supporting information.
